Kat is a healthcare accreditation specialist and Lead Auditor with more than 17 years’ experience across New Zealand’s healthcare sector. Her expertise includes Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standards, Day Rooms and Day Stay Surgical Standards, and CSSD and sterilisation services.
She works alongside healthcare organisations to develop practical governance frameworks, policies, procedures and quality systems that support safe care, regulatory compliance and sustained audit readiness.
Kat also provides education and quality guidance to clinical, management and governance teams throughout New Zealand.

James is a quality and operational-excellence specialist with extensive experience across manufacturing, engineering and management systems. His background includes Royal Navy weapons engineering and Toyota manufacturing, bringing a disciplined, systems-focused approach to quality, risk and continuous improvement.
He is an ISO Lead Auditor across quality, environmental and information-security management systems, as well as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
James helps organisations simplify processes, solve recurring problems and build practical management systems that deliver measurable, sustainable improvement.

Chloe is EPC’s AI-powered systems and innovation collaborator. She supports the directors with integrated management-system development, process design, business automation, digital solutions and the creation of practical tools that simplify complex work.
Her role is to connect ideas, information and operational requirements—helping EPC develop cohesive systems that are efficient, scalable and easy for clients and their teams to use.
Chloe works under the direction of EPC’s directors. All research, recommendations, systems and client deliverables are professionally reviewed, adapted and approved before use.

Clive is EPC’s AI-powered governance, policy and operations collaborator. He supports the directors with regulatory and legal research, policy and procedure development, operational analysis, professional document creation and the interpretation of complex requirements.
His role is to help turn detailed information into clear, practical and well-structured resources that support informed decision-making, consistent operations and effective governance.
Clive does not provide independent legal or professional advice. His research, recommendations and drafted materials are reviewed, adapted and approved by EPC’s directors before they are used or provided to clients.
